I've collaborated with Debbie Hands of Dhandsholistics to bring you our 'Mini Escape'. This experience is the perfect way to share relaxation and rejuvenation with a loved one. Whether it’s with a friend, spouse, parent, or family member, you’re sure to enjoy a wonderfully calming experience together.
'Mini' Escape - for couples
Each of you will receive:
• 45-Minute Reflexology Session
• 45-Minute Massage
This 90-minute session offers an ideal mix of relaxation and therapeutic benefits, giving you both a well-deserved break from the everyday hustle and bustle
Price: £90 per person (£180 per couple).
Embark on this intimate journey together where Debbie and I will pamper you both - leaving you feeling relaxed, rebalanced, and recharged. Trust me, you'll be floating out the door!

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment as this allows me time to rebook another client (often I'll have a waiting list for a particular day).
Cancellations at very short notice or 'no shows' will incur a 50% charge. Of course there are times when things happen outside of our control and there may be occasions when a cancellation charge is not appropriate - I'm pretty reasonable, but please do get in touch if things change.
Gift Vouchers
Treat someone special with a gift voucher - perfect for birthdays, thank-you's or just because. You can choose any value, and add a little extra pampering to make your gift feel truly personal.
Ordering is simple: send a message or call me with your requirements, and I'll create something unique. Vouchers can be posted (just cover the cost of stamps) or collected from Liznojan Bookshop in Tiverton.
Presentation Options:
(please note that the cost of the gift boxes in in addition to the value of the voucher.)
* White envelope (no extra cost) - a classic voucher presented in a plain white envelope.
* £5 Box - beautifully boxed with tissue and shredded paper, a pair of mini foot shaped vegan soaps (shea butter and oatmeal) and a 'moment of calm' Twinings tea bag (spiced camomile and vanilla).
* £10 Box - Beautifully boxed with tissue paper, a pair of mini foot shaped vegan soaps (shea butter and oatmeal) and a cosy pair of socks (womens size 4-7 or mens size 7-11). No tea bag in this one.
Reflexology for Groups
If you're getting together with friends, family or colleagues, I can come to your home, workplace or venue to provide 'mini' reflexology treatments for you all. Examples include hen parties, family get togethers, birthday celebration, baby showers.. any occasion works!
I can also work with other local reflexologists or therapists if more than one therapist is required. Contact me for more information.
Workplace Reflexology
Reflexology can be offered as a one off event - such as a health awareness or team building day or as a regular employee benefit.
Stress in the workplace is a big problem in the UK and the total number of working days lost to stress are estimated to be over 11 million working days per annum. This costs both the employee (in terms of loss of quality of life) and the employer (in terms of productivity).
Danish Studies have been conducted regarding on-site reflexology in varied workforces such as municipal councils and the post office. These studies have shown: reduced absenteeism, fewer sick days and reduced pain They also found: Increased wellbeing and motivation , Increased satisfaction with the workplace, Increased feelings of support and Increased loyalty.
All I need is a room to deliver the treatments and I'll bring everything else, ensuring minimal disturbance while on your premises. Employees simply remove their shoes and socks, relax on the reflexology chair and enjoy! The duration of the reflexology treatments can be determined by your business and employees.

Therapy Room to Hire
As well as offering treatments from the beautiful and unique Durin Room In Tiverton, I also manage the space. Its a lovely setting for therapy sessions, workshops, or treatments.
